Our Cleaning History in Apple Valley

In 1988, after graduating from Serrano High school, Jim Francis set a goal of establishing a business in his hometown. Coming from a family of small business owners, Jim grew up always knowing he wanted to start his own business.  He has always liked working with people and is a very service-oriented individual.  Jim went to a trade show in Los Angeles and found Rug Doctor Pro and being a part of a service industry to be very attractive.  Jim quickly realized that most carpet cleaning companies were not providing good service and did not seem to know a lot about it either.  That is when he decided that he wanted to start a carpet cleaning business that was run with integrity, honesty and professional attention.

Jim immersed himself in education. Studying cleaning magazines, manuals and taking certification classes with the IICRC, he learned everything that he could about carpet and fabric. As a result, he began to solve many difficult cleaning problems for carpet retailers, property managers, and homeowners. Most other cleaners did not know how to solve these problems, so it created a niche for A Clean Pro. Over the years, Jim continued to build the company, adding important certifications and designations along the way. Jim continues to be invited each year to participate in training sessions, brainstorming sessions and seminars with the leaders in our industry.
